1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between qqee10 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at qqee10.net (the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

qqee10 operates as an offshore online betting and casino platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. qqee10 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular country or territory. The Platform is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and qqee10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

These Terms may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be published at qqee10.net/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to any revision, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

2 Account Registration

To access qqee10's betting, casino, and gaming services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the qqee10 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where qqee10 detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual — identified by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or personal details — all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation, and any bonus funds or winnings held within duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

qqee10 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid national identity card (NID) or passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (issued within the last 90 days)
• A selfie or live photo for identity confirmation purposes
• Confirmation of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., bKash or Nagad account screenshot)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by qqee10 support may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure. Verification is a standard fraud-prevention and responsible gaming measure and is not optional.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The qqee10 Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. qqee10 employs industry-standard age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all qqee10 account holders:

• You must be registering and playing in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of qqee10 or any of its operating partners
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by local law
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either through qqee10 directly or through any third-party responsible gaming programme

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

qqee10 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following verified payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in BDT. qqee10 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Players are solely responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.

The following transaction limits apply as standard. qqee10 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and may apply different limits to specific account tiers or payment methods:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: subject to your VIP tier and payment method — details available in your account dashboard
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: subject to your account verification status and VIP tier

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same qqee10 account. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement. qqee10 does not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts not associated with the registered account holder.

qqee10 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals may take longer during peak periods, following large wins, or where additional verification is required. qqee10 accepts no liability for delays attributable to the player's payment provider.

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to qqee10's anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures. qqee10 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any transaction where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. qqee10 may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

qqee10 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum bonus amounts. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the full terms of any bonus before accepting it.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all qqee10 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real-money funds
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms — expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus using a secondary account, a different payment method, or a shared device are considered bonus abuse
• qqee10 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend the terms of an active promotion, or void bonus-derived winnings where abuse or manipulation is identified
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met
• Certain high-volatility games (including but not limited to specific slot titles and crash games) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward bonus wagering requirements. Full game contribution details are published in the promotion terms

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or wager on the qqee10 Platform — including sports bets, live in-play bets, casino game bets, and instant game stakes — you confirm that you have read and accept the specific game and market rules applicable to that bet type. Game-specific rules are published within each product area of the Platform.

The following general betting conditions apply across all qqee10 markets and games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. qqee10 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a wager has been accepted by the system, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred
• In the event of a technical malfunction, systems error, or obvious pricing error, qqee10 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts
• For cricket and sports betting markets: in-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability. In the event of a communications failure or data feed interruption, in-play betting may be suspended without notice
• qqee10 sets maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout will be capped at the published maximum
• All casino games on the Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or are operated by live dealer providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. qqee10 does not manipulate game outcomes
• qqee10 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout available to any individual player at its sole discretion, including following a significant win or where irregular betting patterns are detected

Cricket betting at qqee10 covers a wide range of markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. Settlement of cricket markets follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, shortened, or subject to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply as published on the Platform.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered qqee10 player, you agree to use the Platform lawfully, fairly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or in the name of another person
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct human input
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to void
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus abuse that is inconsistent with normal recreational play
• Providing false or misleading identity, age, or payment information to qqee10 at any stage
• Using the Platform to launder funds or conduct any transaction that may constitute a financial crime under applicable law
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing qqee10 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel

Where qqee10 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, the Platform reserves the right to: immediately suspend access to the account; void any open or settled bets derived from the prohibited conduct; withhold withdrawal of any balance pending investigation; and permanently close the account with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Players may request closure of their qqee10 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, qqee10 will process any verified pending withdrawal of real-money funds held in the account balance before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

qqee10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 above
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under qqee10's Responsible Gaming programme
• Legal or regulatory obligation requiring account closure

Where an account is closed by qqee10 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance held in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where a closure follows a breach investigation, balance disposition will be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with these Terms and applicable legal requirements.

Players who wish to take a temporary break from gambling may request a cooling-off period rather than full account closure. Cooling-off options include 24-hour, 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day self-exclusion periods. During a cooling-off period, the account will be restricted from all betting, deposit, and bonus activity.
